Social media is meant to make our lives better. It helps us to connect with others and to stay in touch. But research into the ways in which social networking influences our moods and emotions is still in its early stages. University of Michigan psychologist Ethan Kross recently published the results of a study into Facebook usage. His findings suggest that using the social network could lead to feelings of sadness and loneliness. What is your opinion? Comment below please. What are your thoughts? Did you see anything here that stood out to you? Do you agree or disagree with what was presented? How did you feel about the way it was presented?
